Your insurance company will ask us to liase with you to arrange for an estimate on your vehicle.
Images will be taken either at out garage or at an address of your choice within the CV postcode catchment area
We will forward the estimate details to your insurance company.
When authority for repair has been received from your insurance company; we will arrange a convenient repair date with you.
If you have courtesy car cover on you policy our courtesy cars will be available for the duration of your repair.
Any excess on the policy is only payable to Smith and Hughes on completion of repair.
